Hydraulic Mechanic - Heavy Earthmoving & Mining Machineries
Requirement (Hydraulics / Power line / Mining) - 40 nos.

Nationality: Indian only
Salary Range: RO.120 to 180 (Basic) + Food Allowance RO.30

Job Description
Direct hands on experience & in depth knowledge to read, interpret electrical circuit diagrams,
Trouble-shoot the fault and attend to complaints / jobs independently in workshop and in field.
Direct experience with the latest series of Machine brands like KOMATSU, KATO, VOEGLE, SANDVIK, BOMAG, WIRTGEN, HAMM etc .will is an added advantage.
A general idea on latest trends on electrical / electronic system is desirable.
Candidate must be willing to travel to customer job site.
Qualification: Govt. approved ITI / Diploma candidates only
Job Skill
MINING EQUIPMENT & HYDRAULICS
- Experience in equipment’s like Large Excavator, Dump truck, Dozer, motor Graders & Wheel Loaders.
- Experience in troubleshooting and repairing of Bull Dozers, Hydraulic, Excavators, Motor Graders, Wheel loaders, Dump trucks like Komatsu, BEML, Cat, Volvo, Hitachi etc.
- Able to carry out all kinds of Major Trouble shooting /Repairs / Overhauls various major components /assemblies.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience in Diagnosing & Repair work
- Candidates with experience in companies like Malabar Cement, L&T, GMMCO, any big construction companies, working in mining sites would match our requirement.
POWERLINE
- As applied to transmission / Final drive of heavy equipment’s such as Bull dozer / Wheel Loader Motor Graders & Dump Trucks etc.
- Experience & able to carry out all kinds of Major Trouble Shooting/Repairs/Overhauls of major components /assemblies.
- He should be familiar with structure, function and overhauling of all types of power Transmissions /Torque Converters /Axles /Brakes/Steering Systems of various types and makes.
- Specific experience on Komatsu range of equipment in Wheel Loaders, Bull Dozers, Motor Graders & Dump Trucks etc.
Avoid
- Regular maintenance work or operators are not accepted.
- Not for Supervisors / Foremen.
- Private Diplomas and B. Tech / BE graduates are not accepted.
- Candidates with only light duty auto electrical & general purpose routine experience need not be considered.
- Only JCB/other Backhoe Loader experience not accepted.
